NMH Service Offering

Pre-Delivery Inspection

  • All vehicles to be delivered to service centre
  • On arrival, vehicles are checked/inspected according to the delivery checklist
  • Any defects on the vehicle will be rectified
  • PDI completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • PDI checklist to be signed off by two individuals
  • One service centre and the other by client

Licensing and registration of vehicles

  • NMH to do the registration and licensing (1st round)
  • We would appoint an agent to handle licensing and registration (Discussion with Traffic Dept for bulk Reg)
  • Vehicle papers, Bank proxy and Client proxy required for registration
  • First license disc’s to be stuck on to the vehicles

Service and Maintenance

  • All services and maintenance will take place at OEM certified facilities or appointed dealer
  • Client/Bank to notify driver of service requirements and where and when to take vehicle for service
  • Client/Bank to book vehicle for service prior to servicing
  • Client to authorize each service
  • Service parts must be in stock or ordered before the service date
  • Detailed information on S/M process flow

Parts ordering and storage

  • NMH to order and stock basic service parts at service facilities
  • Each brand to have its own approved parts safety and storage keeping policy in accordance to the respective OEM’s
  • Parts will be ordered from the respective manufacturers

Vehicle Recovery

  • NMH to recover broken down vehicles on duty
  • A call must be logged with call centre
  • Call centre to inform NMH field operator to locate and recover the vehicle
  • The vehicle will be routed to Service Centre
